What happens to my details when I register to use this site?

We will treat all information given by you in confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose any information about you to any third parties including other members of BlackRock except where you have specifically told us that we could. I have registered but have not received my password

Once you have completed the registration form we will send you your password within two working days. If after this time you have not received your password then please contact us.

I can not remember my user id or password

If you have forgotten your user id, password or both then please contact us.

I am having trouble registering for training sessions

If you are having trouble registering for our training sessions online then please email us with your name, company name, pension scheme name, BlackRock contact and the dates you wish to attend. We will then email you back within two working days to confirm your attendance. Alernatively please call 020 7743 2151.

I am having trouble downloading, printing or viewing documents

To download, print or view pdf documents on our website you will need a suitable document reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader). If you don't have this you can download it now by clicking here.
